I could have a hood here and be ok, but buying less fuel makes things a lot more comfortable.

Well I noticed yesterday that my trailer top fairing for the aerodynamics has flew the coup. I think it got ripped off by a tree at my last stop since I had to back underneath it to get into the lot. Maybe it caught on a branch and then fell off driving down the road. Noticed a cable wire down the side of the trailer and thought that was strange. Surely I did not rip down someone's wires some how. Got the ladder out and climbed up and then realized the #### thing was gone and that was part of it.

Gonna have to figure out if I can just buy that part and install it myself this time. The shop did a piss poor job installing it so not gonna go down that route again.

I always see those top pieces flipping, flapping, and flopping. I wonder if covering that rear gutter with just aluminum flashing from the hardware store would serve the same purpose? Get some 3M 5200 and glue it down.

I am thinking about making my own set up. When I get back home I am gonna get up and look at it. I am sure I can do something with sintra and make it the same as what they make. Not much different in material anyways.

I also found this one I could buy and install Big Rig Chrome Shop - Semi Truck Chrome Shop, Truck Lighting and Chrome Accessories I wish they showed the installing parts so I could decide for sure if I wanted to buy that one or not. Most likely will just buy that one and modify it if I don't like the install.

I don’t have my tape measure handy but these new trailer look like they have more clearance with the lift axle. It almost looks like the rear bags inflate a little more when it picks the front axle up.

My thought was they tweak the ride height linkage, when it’s spec’d with a liftable.

That is pretty nice set up. One of these days I will get a new one like that.

When they started coming in I was pretty excited to pull one. But when I got hooked up I wasn’t sure about a black trailer. I kind of think white looks better but it’s not my money. Lol. I do like the logo that they’re putting on the trailers this year.

Bet you have little to no tire scuffing with that lift.
