Beware of those crooks from Bensenville, Illinois. Fly over state, dot# 3082545. mc# 67463.They will fly you to hell with their predatory lease program and lies. I started to work with them around Jun of 2023, I met the fleet manager at their yard ( rented spot)in Illinois, he explained about the lease agreements and the company operations, he handed me the keys of a Freightliner cascadia 2023, the mileage on the truck was around 330, 000 more than what i asked them, i told him that i was looking to lease a truck with around 200k miles or less, the other things that i didn't like, was the tires on the trucks, all the 8 tires on truck's axle were wornout, the truck pm was past due, i told the fleet manager that he was supposed to take care of all of those details before he lease the truck to a driver , then he told me that i have no reason to complain because I didn't have to put money for the payment.I ended up taking the truck,it was late in the afternoon, I started to do my runs but when I was getting the information from the load, I noticed that i wasn't getting to original confirmation from the broker, I was getting the information from the company and sometimes it wasn't accurate, so I had to call them to ask them for the weight, mileage, items to be transported and date and time of the appointment. After being working with them 3 weeks, the truck had issues with ( turbo or def) so when I was leaving from Tampa.Fl, I call them to tell them about the problem and was told to take the truck to a truck stop so I stopped by the loves on exit 314 on i75, they put new fuel filters, i paid around $90 for that, after I left, I still have the same issues with the truck, so I was told to take it to Freightliner in Ocala, once I got there, the manager told me that it will take around a week or 2, to fix the truck, so I call the company and I asked them for another truck that I could use while mine was getting fixed, they offered me a rental but it will cost me more,(1000) plus 18% of the gross, I had to flight to Illinois, work 3 weeks or 4, leave the truck in Illinois and flight back to Florida, later when I had my truck back , i had to leave it in Illinois and pay them back $12,000 that they spend fixing some issue with the turbo in the truck. So i told them that under those circumstances i can't work with them cuz I wasn't gonna be able to make a living paying $800 from the truck, 18% of the gross, fuel,, $12,000 (2k) for the next 6 months, flight tickets to go back and forth from Illinois to Florida, I decided to quit, they threat me with a lien on my mortgage, a lawsuit( even that the contract stipulated that i just have to take care just of the truck maintenance, no mayor repairs.they were aware that they gave me a truck with the pm that it was past due and the breakdown had nothing to do with my driving habits ) I later found out that those crooks wrote me up with abandoning the equipment, so the truck was in a shop due to a breakdown, a secure shop( Freightliner .Ocala) the trailer was there as well, in secured yard with a gate and a fence, Fly over state spoke with the shop manager, they knew all the details about everything and those crooks still put that on my record? Who the heck would work under those terms? how much i was supposed to bring home for the next 6 months, $100 or 200 a week? Fly over state willl fly you to the he.. with their lies, predatory lease and dirty tactics, they're a bunch of thieves from Bensenville, Illinois. Stay away from those wolves.

There is another Bensenville foreign outfit that tells you all inbound/backhauls are just dropped on the yard, but after you do a couple loads it all changes to doing yours and other's Chicago deliveries-and..always late pay by a week or so. They are from Poland.

Too many miles and you still took the keys. Your first warning was the word " lease".
