0128. August 12th. Corndog status unknown. Had to hit it, and get it again.
They took my assigned tractor and gave it to another driver, so I am psychologically devastated this morning, as I now get to fix everything on this one.
    I can't take the pain.

    LindaPV Thanks this.

    0835. August 13th.
    EVE OF CORNDOG VICTORY! !!!!!
After months of oppression, there was a corndog/hot food summit held between myself ( representing all hungry night drivers everywhere ) and the General Manager of Flying J Phoenix.
GM was made aware of the ongoing thread about Flying J.
GM has stated there are to be corndogs & wings available 24/7. The only exception being a brief period on Saturday night for fryer maintenance.
GM states it was a separatist faction of anti-corndog employees causing the oppression.
Meeting was sealed with a handshake.

Congratulations for fighting for all night drivers.
It's too bad the future customers will never know the true reason they can get a corn dog any time of day or night.
    .
I bet this is how Erin Brockovich felt

0115. August 14th. No corndogs. I'm not going to say the treaty is being violated or broken yet since it is Saturday.
There were 2 pizzas. No donuts. There was coffee, and of course 18 NASTY breakfast sandwiches.

This picture was yesterday after the summit.

0535. August 14th. Smoked, I mean fueled second reefer. No corndogs. Lots of donuts. Now there is like 30 NASTY breakfast sandwiches.
It is the same two anti corndog employees, that should be noted.
Got to rate the J this morning, solid 1's across the board.

    tucker and LindaPV Thank this.

What?? No bus loads of Mexicans? I thought the corn dogs were back on the menu. I read every post here last night BTW... Funny as hell and I'm not even a trucker.

Have you considered just bringing a corn dog with you and microwaving it there? 30 seconds and you have a hot, fresh corndog.

Just don't buy Foster Farms corndogs. They are NASTY.
Never go wrong with a State Fair Beef Corn Dog.

How could you possibly suggest that Dave bring his own com dogs when he's on the verge of victory? That would defeat all he's worked for on this.
