There's a guy that started same time I did, and they had him doing yard dog, and its bust ###, 2 days a week, then starting at 0030 with the rest of us 3 days a week. I told him your bananas, your body is going to be wrecked. Today he got moved to regular 5 nights, and this other guy is going to do it. I said don't even consider me, it's taken over a month for me to get used to falling asleep in the afternoon / evening.
    Think somebodies gone bananas.

Thank you for the updates, Ive learned a few things.

Now I do have a problem with illegals at a very fundamental level as a Citizen but am not going to get into all of that. As far as I'm concerned they are parasites.

Food is one of the greatest things or one of the worst things a truck stop can do. Good food is worth going for always. Bad food is a indicator the staff don't care or want to care. That's a waste.

I agree completely. Most people don't realize if you get a to go box at Petro, you can get out cheap with a quality meal. The guy I did super regional with, has the fueling / discounts at J & Pilot. I'd fuel there, then stop at the Petro in Milan, North Las vegas, Sapp Brothers in SLC to eat. Petro in Kingman as well, and there is always a spot to park at the T/A in Kingman, if you can back, but don't eat there lol.
The J in Beaver, has some awesome beavers working in it to let me tell ya, has the best quesodillia ( no clue how spell it ) on the highway. They have a couple cooked in the case the size of pizzas, and OMG are they good, two pieces are more than enough, and they are cheap, all kinds of goodies there, it's a private J, and that one girl always gives me my coffee, she's probably asked for money, but since I just turn into a 200 pound pop tart running out my boots when I look at her, she just gives me the coffee to speed things along lol.

    0125. June 18th.
No corndogs again. One tour bus, containing Americans.
Only one person working inside, so again 25 people in line, another no coffee start, except the cup I left the house with.

    BennysPennys and Bakerman Thank this.

Finally... I like them better without the mustard.
But last night a man beside me at a tavern ate mini corn dogs and asked for mustard, freaked me out.
Also, I never heard of a mini corn dog.

Thought I would have early day.
Text message when close to yard = Can you do one more?
Of course it's the hardest one, but look what's next door.

I don't know if you have a White Castle down where you live but they just started selling mini corn dogs... After a couple beers some White Castle burgers are good but man the next morning not so much, you'll be cleaned out on the toilet :pottytrain5:

    Yep, from the Pilot.
I should have used mustard from the packets instead of a squeeze bottle.
I live 25 miles from Owensboro and always stop at White Castle in my pickup and get jalepeno sliders, mmmm.
Now I'm in Ohio and there's one right up the road from our terminal.
