Who wants to die healthy anyway??? You are what you eat. I try to get off and eat oriental or go to a grocery store for sandwiches, even buy a cna of tuna once in awhile and eat it w3/bread and mayo, chips and choc milk. I still weigh 225, of course I've shrunk to 5 ft.

J won't sell out. Belongs to the Mormons. Put a fire under that camel, I'm ready for supper.

Did YOU hear that?!
I'd be inclined to think it'd be the OTHER way around.
As for those complaining about the food at some of the Big truck truck stops, all I gotta say is, MaN-0-MaN! Y'all must be picky eaters.
All-in-all, I think, by and large, they're pretty good. I seldom find any reason to complain, and when I do, it's usually due to poor service, not the quality of the food served. If my coffee cup remains empty, I save money by not tipping. I just drink water instead. Better for me anyway.
I prefer the buffet over the menu items because I can choose the portions I prefer. I don't want a big slab of meat and few veggies -- it's the other way around. Gimmie my veggies!!
Hail!
I can do without meat, and often do.
I'm usually not in the mood for a huge breakfast in the morning. Eggs, whole wheat toast, grits and coffee and I'm good to go. Then, I usually eat a good lunch, usually soup, and dinner.
And try to get some exercise while sitting in front of the TV.
