    Much ado about nothing. Sure technically they are running on a permit, but that's just a paperwork issue.
    They passed the state driving test. This just allows one to drive until they get by the house to pick up their piece if plastic.

    how bout an elog exemption for any driver that has been driving 20 yrs and hasnt fell asleep at the wheel and injured or killed anyone and has proven he can sleep when hes tired and drive when hes awake, nah that would be crazy! safety first lol
