Some of the BS that I’ve been reading through the court files. Sounds like she just is an irresponsible person… And looking for a money grab…

Yeah, we can see the BS you read..no argument there.
Court files presented by some RW kook.
Look at your latest goofy thread.
Right Wing activist Sarah Fiends tween tik tok yapper. “The media is ignoring this “ It’s Biden’s fault”
Really you should just post the political BS in the political forum where you spend most of your time. -
Thought you tapped out.
sevenmph Thanks this. -
I’ve even read through the court files as i have access to them on the hc district site.. many of the jurors notes really make it a point that the whole case is a bunch of BS…mjd4277 Thanks this.

It’s not.. this is information that clearly illustrates. There is a problem in this industry, and it is a safety issue for the motoring public… It’s not my problem that certain individuals deliberately choose to ignore the facts… if you’re an owner operator as you allege, which is looking more and more like probably more likely not would you want people on the road like this traveling with you? Or any family members? This is a problem that needs to be addressed

These are notes from the jurors. Do you really believe that any of this is relevant to an auto accident?Powder Joints and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this. -
Just post the notes and you’ll begin to appear credible.
You were stuck on some conspiracy about the plaintiffs jury and venue shopping. I hope you at minimum learned that by Texas law the venue had to be Harris county. BTW, HC demographics show it to be split politically speaking. I won’t even get into the jury selection process because it eliminates any shenanigans. -
Here we go with the “safety” issue again all while dismissing the Werner drivers failure to exit the interstate as dictated by Texas law.
It is for just that reason “safety” that CMV’s are required to get off the roads when ice is present.
Like that driver and many others me included we sometimes ignore regulations. It’s a risk we take but when crap hits the fan we got no one to blame but ourselves.
And now I’m probably not an actual truck driver, lol. -
It’s like eating potato chips.
Or like a cat batting its toy around
-
Relevant to the accident? It was your assertion that the jurors thought the case was BS and proven by notes.
The one you posted doesn’t align well with your conspiracy.
