    B-b-but l thought the ELD was supposed to save an estimated 2.4 lives per year! Yes ..gov estimated TWO POINT FOUR. All l have seen these last few years are stressed out rushing Drivers speeding through construction zones (even with workers prresent) and through Truck Stops and Shippers. It's like the HOS and Elogs are a giant gift to the Oil companies due to so many Drivers having their foots to the floor.
