    Charge you when your late. But refuse to pay when they are late. I paid 453.00 for 10 pallets 20 items . Its no wonder shippers wont pay a fair rate on some loads lumpers are making a killing .

    The ELDs are used to regulate driver time. So why cant they take the same data and use it to pay drivers a fair wage. Wanna know how long a driver sat look at the ELD the data is there but they choose to ignore it.
