I still haven’t been able to get registered as a company. Even sent a help email over a week ago, nothing but crickets.

 

@m16ty are you clicking the link circled? If so you may have to try at off peak hours. I had to login to the portal at 5am to make changes. It would either throw a blank screen or time out.

 

I finally have everything registered except now I can’t figure out how to designate my consortium from my dashboard. I did purchase quiries(spelling).

 

You have to designate yourself as admin in the portal. Then it will be towards the bottom of the clearinghouse page.

I finally got past that screen tonight. I thought I was home free, entered all my info, and got to where you agreed to the terms a conditions. It then threw up a error code page and told me to contact the site administrator.
I give up, I guess they are just going to have to fine me or whatever. I'm already past the deadline and can't get their stupid site to work.

 

I don't think there is a penalty .
A company has until 2021 to register. That is when they have to get a report on all drivers same time frame for a driver.
EXCEPTION
If the company wants queries on drivers it has to be registered.
Drivers have to be registered if they apply anywhere that needs a query.

That is how I understand this mess.

My Drug Testing Consortium Company are the ones that are pushing me to hurry up and register. I supposed to set them up as a Third Party Administrator, and supposedly they will handle everything from there.

 

I haven't found my consortium on their list. I might have to change companies. I don't like that idea one bit.
Hope I can fix it when I get home next week.
