As a new carrier I am experiencing technical issues with motus. Customer service is an atrocity and can't seem to help. I have been on other forums where guys say they have 5+ trucks down because they can not perform mcs-150 updates. I have been contacting FMCSA for a couple weeks now and can't find any help. My next step is to file a federal lawsuit. My goal of this post is to find other carriers experiencing these same issues. I am interested in putting our heads together, getting the proper representation, and get the lawsuit in motion. Please reach out privately.

Why not just do as u were told . You must have recieved the same 100+ emails as i did telling you to file the mcs-150 before a certain date to prepare for the motus switchover...the motus site had problems a couple weeks back but i was able to get into it and claim my account
TheLoadOut, gentleroger, wichris and 2 others Thank this. -
I tried logging in a week or so ago and was able to see my home screen but an error message popped up.
I will try again this weekend..or the next..D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
I'm having problems with Motus and it's not letting me in. I sat on "hold" with the chat option for 4 hours yesterday because the call in phone number either just goes to a busy signal or, if it does ring though, ends the call after two or three rings. I tried to call the district field office and my state field office. Nobody answers there, either. The FMCSA won't respond to emails, or at least, haven't responded to mine. When I did get through on the chat page, the best advise they had for me was clearing the cashe and the cookies on my browser (chrome). When that didn't work, they said that they would have to "elevate" the problem to the next tier of people. Heaven only knows how long that will take. All I need to do is make a change to my MCS150 so I can cross a state line for a customer. It shouldn't be this hard. Can't get any help from these people and if I get caught out of state without my paperwork in order, they'll nail my hide to the wall.
