    As well as the white Volvos and Cascadias out of California, and the ones out of Canada, especially the ones from Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia. Also add in can haulers, amazon, and FedEx contractors

    They did one of these in 2006. It was a waste of money then and it will be again this time.

    That's the FMCSA trying to justify their existence.

    They want our help in a study. To help out the companies who want to put us out of business?
    Kinda like when manufacturing jobs wanted thier employees to train there foreign workers who were replacing them.
    Why all the huge pile ups now today? Cell phones and social media replaced the CB.
    In the past you heard about an icy spot, or crash ahead 3-4 miles before you go there.
