im 6'3'' 240. i work out im getting back down to 210 my normal weight.
put a few lbs on at last job,is this true?

Ahhhh you like playing with explosives,lol.You guys have some awesome equiptment,love the Buffalo and the RG-31,think that was what it was called.
The BMI is a crock doesnt really reflect your overall health,esp if you are a weight lifter.You still get flagged for being overweight,then you have to get a Dr note stating otherwise.
According to them on the lower end i should weigh 190lbs.The last time i weighed that was in 9th grade,lol.Hope they come up with something better.They are making alot of changes tho.

Another Roger, the BMI is a CROCK... I asked that question when I went to memps and learned about the hieght weight thing.. I went to Iraq with a guy that is 6'5 and weighs almost 300lbs..you can bet they found him a uniform, and didn't put him on no profile..LOL He is a monster!
