? for Knight Refrigerated drivers - what are your thoughts on Kooltrans?

I just had this happen at Americold in Henderson, Knight paid the $250.00 to Americold to swap the load, the shipper showed me the email for that day's loads next to the last two weeks worth, they will usually note on the shipping order if it is supposed to be on a Kool trailer, they sent me a P.O., and I wrote them the check. Never seen anyone at a cold storage move that fast, money talks I guess. Yes on the fridges, on the trucks numbered above 1050, I beleive the first fifty or so did not have them, 1098 through 1120 were in the yard in SLC, brand new with fridges ready to roll. I heard the earlier one's will be getting them, we shall see. They probably will make sure you have one if it is a deal breaker.

 

You don't think Jon Issacson is a positive? Better to have him at Kool Trans than Swift. Seems like he has a good team. Anyway, have a good day.
