We both know first hand that even at carriers where some people have heard there is no “real” money to be made, some of us can prosper! Keep us the good work loading that highrail like it deserves to be loaded.

ahhh yes. I’ve spoken with a few guys that tried that account there. It’s weird. The money the company is offering doesn’t add up.

Doesnt add up in what way? 2k a week Guaranteed whether you work or not? I’m not sure who you’ve spoken to but you should ask them for proof

I always avoid conversations like this. Because the one common thing i’ve learned in my 10+ years of car hauling. No matter how good or bad a person is treated they’ll complain. No matter how new or old the equipment is somebody will complain. Driver can get special treatment and still complain. Im the youngest O/O at my terminal and as of a week ago the 2nd highest grossing truck in the terminal don’t complain i put on my big boy pants and go make my money comfort zone or not. I was the youngest at my last job of 6 years no complaints. We live in a world full of thin skinned cry babies who find something to complain about. With all that being said believe what you want. But if i ever tell you anything ill show you proof to back it up

I always tell people they must not understand basic math when they mention the money part and we’ve all “heard” something before who knows if it was actually true

Not sure why you got so upset , I’m simply stating what me and 2 fellas sat down and went over numbers. The 2 guys that left that side , came to another company doing almost the exact same thing and are making a lot more money on this side. SO all I’m saying is there’s a disconnect between what some companies negotiated for their dedicated Vs others. Either that or the money isn’t trickling down to the drivers. Either way it’s still alot better then the contract freight that is in the bottom right now.

I can tell you this much. They asked me about it more than once. I turned it down. I can make more with the ####ty contract freight VS doing that ish. And those GMs are huge
