You just never know when something is going to happen.

The other day, I was going down a 2 lane highway. The weather was warm, but the roads were wet. Nothing inparticular happening, except a long drawn out curve in the road. I was doing about 5 miles under the posted speed limit, when my trailer started going sideways, and my truck was heading into the oncoming lane. Luckily there was no one coming my way, so I was able to slightly tap the trolley break and give the motor some throttle. Which straightened everything out and I didn't even lose my momentum for the upcoming hill. But it scared me some because there was no reason for what just happened...
I guess it was just the fresh rain on the highway making it slick.

Wow! Scarey! I haven't had that happen yet but I'm sure I will eventually. Someone told me that some companies used to have skid yards to help train students on how to handle situations like that. Sure would like to be able to go to one myself just to get some training myself.
