I'm still taking everything they say with a grain of salt, i'm going to talk to a few more people and mostly talk with other drivers and see what they have to say about it.

Had my interview and received a "conditional job offer" I'm scheduled to start school on the 29th

I got put on the home run program (2 weeks out/ 1 week home) and the recruiter that did my interview said she is going to send me a packet with a bunch of information about the school schedule about the special requirements test and info on the pay scales and benefits info

I'm scheduled for my drug test in about a week from now.

they told me i would run 2500+ miles per week at 30cpm (starting pay for no experience)

As a recently departed ex-schneider driver I can tell you nothing is as it seems. As an example, they told me 27 cents a mile when I started. What actually showed up on my check was 25 cents. the other 2 cents comes at the end of the quarter as earned bonus i.e low idle time, low overspeed, no accidents or incidents ect... another biggie for me was taking home time anywhere in the country once per quarter... as my parents and both my sons live in nevada, when requested you will be told that only applies to where they have operating centers, and I mean exactly where they have operating centers, not even 50 miles away. there were many other instances where they tell you something that is somewhat true but dont tell you all the strings involved. I feel that there training is about the best you can get... at least from a company school, and there trainers are very good overall. I know this has gotten very long and I apoligize for this, if you want to know how they get out of the home run program send me a message, as I can tell you some stories about this too.

Brian don't read much into the conditional job offer, my dog got one last week. Yeah they pretty much give the Conditional Job offer to anyone that calls.

My only concern is I visit another site that is primarily SNI drivers and their complaining bad about frieght. Plus the Mexicans will put hurt on SNI starting today that was a big part of their business coming out of Mexico.
