When did Swift become forced dispatch? When I was there I was bottom 2/3rds of NJ, all of PA, West to Eastern Colorado Texas, and up to the Canadian border. I took loads outside that area when I wanted to. They did come out a couple of times claiming they were forced dispatch. I ignored them. Their problem was too much freight, not enough drivers. Got a friend still there. He asked for SE Regional. They told him, "no such thing." Where's the BS meter when you need one?
