It just means that if you have the hours and can do the load safely, you must.
You can't turn down a load simply because you don't want it for some reason.

That is not to say that you have to take every load as offered.
    I turn down many loads.

The big thing with Swift is Plus-1, which tries to push you to the wall as far as time is concerned.

If I don't like the times of pick-up and delivery, I turn down the load and say what times I can do it in.
And, I calculate the load to give me enough time to allow for everyhing I can think of that I can't Mac22 for - rush hour traffic, doing laundry if needed, showering, drive time rest and meal breaks, and a 12 hour sleep break.
Also, if I've been waiting the rest of a day for a plan and they want me to pick up at midnight and drive all night without enough rest.

Most times it is kicked right back to me, with my times, and I gladly accept it.
The rest of the time the pplan is taken off me with no questions asked.

That's funny cuz I gotta 27% load acceptance.. They ain't doing a very good job of forcing me into loads that will cause me to lose money as well as Swift.... I've never been forced into a load and will not accept anything that is not right

Well where did the quote go ?

Right now i am doing my mentoring time on a L/O truck don't seem to bad to me, but i do know that lease operating is mostly about managing EVERYTHING

And weather you lease from a bank or the company, some one has to get paid.

I have been researching and checking this and that about everything L/O O/O including other drivers
So i am well aware of the risk involved
    Know the risk beforehand
