That is your choice. But if you don't want to be and your carrier says you HAVE to be, then you can use the rules to your advantage.

Just because you call FMCSA whats that to prevent the company from still doing what they do?You'll be put on a 6 month or longer waiting list.FMCSA has better things to do then protect drivers.

they are not protecting drivers , they are protecting the public .

With the accidents being lower than ever, and a majority caused by the other drivers, I really believe the new rules are only about revenue.

Nothing stops your 14 except for 8 consecutive hours on line 2.
