I drove in a rental car from Missoula. I wore stockings, skirt, suit jacket, conservative heels. When I checked in to the small W Spokane Valley court, I saw a suited up guy in with the clerks. This was the PA. I nodded to him and he nodded back.

In WA state, the officer need not appear. They write an affidavit stating their testimony, good and bad. No cross examination, but easier to discredit. I stated that because of the speed limit change at the state line and passing a slow car to my right, I couldn't SAFELY change lanes to enter the rest area that leads to the POE.
The fella I nodded to earlier looked at me and made a shoosh kinda face. He then told the judge that in the interest of safety, he saw no reason to pursue the matter and withdrew the complaint.
The judge turns purple with the veins on his temples throbbing. "All right then, case dismissed." I boogied out the courtroom and back to truckin it up.

2. Pleasant acknowledgment of the PA
3. I'm a chick

LOL..My 1st thought was if he is a safety issue and wears a skirt n heels to court that they will put ya in the nut house......Then i realized when i saw the name that your a woman..lol

 

i remember in the 90's up in canada they were saying the punjabis just burned the scale house down up near the bc alberta line when nobody was home

We all miss the scale at least once in our lifes but hres some advice for you. When you see a sign that says weigh station two miles get in the proper lane slow down to five under and watch the open closed sign if you have prepass wait till you get the go. If not watch the sign cause they might change it to open. Also when your backing get out and look most drivers will give you a hard time about it but itz better then hitting something. Oh and if hou miss ghe scale pull fo the side of the rode and vo inside apologize and offer to come back and weigh if you have to . Theyll threaten you with a ticket if you do it again but just kill them with kindness

Safety has nothing on us, they hide when we start yelling.
