Not certain what to do. Attorney misinformed me big time. Plead nolo, was told that it wouldn't be on my record. I don't know what to do. I haven't had any moving violations accidents or anyting in over 15 years. One super speeder ticket in 2017 is keeping me from getting a job. Even the big companies that are desperate to hire anybody is telling me no. One super speeder ticket!

    1. What is Super Speeder?
Georgia's 'Super Speeder Law' defines a Super Speeder as a driver convicted of speeding at 75 mph or more on a two-lane road or at 85 mph and above on any road or highway in the State of Georgia.
In addition to the fines and fees paid to the jurisdiction where the speeding offense took place, a $200 Super Speeder state fee is to be paid by the convicted driver. Failure to pay the Super Speeder fee within 120 days of official notice will result in the suspension of the offender’s license or driving privileges. Payment of a $50 reinstatement fee in addition to the $200 Super Speeder fee will then be required to reinstate their license or driving privileges.

Nolo absolutely goes on your record. It's a guilty plea. You plead guilty to the charge without admitting the facts supporting the charge. So later if there is a civil case they can't just assume the facts from the criminal case without having to prove them. Nolo doesn't really do anything for you if it's just a ticket without any sort of accident or any reason for anybody to sue you.
