    I'm cutting caffeine as well, and seeing a doctor on Monday. If you don't mind me asking, what medications were you taking?

    He gave me samples of Bystolic. Oh yeah, I also smoke. The day of my test I didn't smoke for over 12 hours before the test. I also quit drinking beer. I think the meditation helped a lot. 15 minutes, 3 times a day I'd just relax and think happy thoughts. Anyhow, it worked for me. There are several other posts on BP here. I know someone recommended a non prescription medication that worked for them.
