    Set the alarm, Turn off the lights, cool cab, NO screens... phone,tv, tablet etc...and turn a talk radio station on I heart radio on low. I then lay there quietly in the dark listening to the radio. Usually fall asleep quick. If not don't get stressed.... just relax, it will come.
