forget trucking

Anybody ever seen the documentry Big Rig?

There is a guy in it who hauls stuff for Berkley fishing tackle. He says in it "I was a corporate puke" and says "I was the assistent VP of a multi million dollar corporation". Then he goes on to how his father was a trucker and was National driver of the year back in the 60s and how he was the last one in his family to drive a truck.

I bet he had a good education and was making an easy 6 figures but quite that to drive a truck.

 

Happiness is a frame of mind. But sometimes to get that happiness you need to get away from stress. And trucking for some of us gives us just that!

 

Thats how I am slo poke, driving is a major stress relief for me and I love it LOL the dispatchers are what stress me when I am driving which is why I want to get my own truck and go to a company like Landstar where I pick my loads and I am my own dispatcher.

 

Yeah I went to driving
school with a dentist who wanted to drive trucks.


Like most other professions, the skill level runs the gamut, remember in any educational program someone graduates last in their class and still passes.

You just hope it isn't your personal physician.

 

LOL Some will never know if it is there physician springbrake.

What to expect if you work at werner


Im just jokin but that is my truck gettin hooked up a wrecker..

 

First you have to learn to be happy with yourself before you can expect to find it anywhere else. You also tend to attract people with similar outlooks, or I normally say is you find what you look for, so aim high.
