Forklift causes warehouse collapse

I hope the fork operator made it out alive!! Man that's a lot of weight coming down

 

Wow! Yeah, not much of a hit. Hard to tell but looks like a brush against it. Those racks must have been at their absolute limit for weight. Hope everyone made it out ok. Do i hear large lawsuit settlements?

 

Saw something like that happen in Cookeville, TN in the late 90's. I was waiting to deliver and all the sudden the end of the warehouse exploded outwards. It was a refrigerated warehouse and all the trucks waiting to unload were sent to various warehouses in Knoxville and Nashville to unload.

Forklift operator was ok, he was dug out several hours later by EMS supposedly ....
I don't know about the other guys..

 

The comments claim it was a different incident where the forklift operator was dug out hours later.

 

Nope it was this one. There’s a link with the video clip from the news report in England. He was dug out and unijured

 

Good to know. Hope the warehouse owners pay dearly.
