Hubby's all set up with his new truck, llc and leasing company, xpo logistics. However, XPO needs him to submit form 2290 in order to get his title. The problem is the irs won't accept electronic filings for another 14 days. What options do we have? Just mail by postal? Will he be able to start work before xpo receives it?

That's where he went. They keep rejecting him. Irs says it takes 14 days for electronic filings

I get mine back same day. Double check what info you're putting in. They won't correct you. Call on the phone while you're on the site and have them walk you through it.
whoopNride and LillyLoo Thank this. -
I use express truck tax and you get it back the same day also they send it to my company I am leased too so I don't have to do anything ( except for the!$ 558 or whatever it is )
RStewart, Dave_in_AZ and whoopNride Thank this. -
When did u set up llc?
-
I use ExpressTax and receive mine same day. I would try them. I think its $10 to file with them. Very simple process

Did you have to wait ten days after your LLC before you could file your 2290 electronically? I submitted it again but I believe that's why it keeps getting rejected.
