    Hey guys
    i just created my LLC and applying for my EIN. in the application they ask if i will file form 720 as per excise taxes ? if i work exclusively with a carrier and dont invoices private person i dont collect taxe am i right ?

    i dont think owner operator need to file 720 might be wrong to what do you guys do ?
