Well here is my intro. I drove cross country for a while in the late 70s until my partner rolled in Boston and left me with a back injury. Later drove chip trucks around WA until the 90s and then drove transit bus for 7 years.
I'm now on SSD (disabled) and do not work anymore.
For a hobby I fix and build computers.

Hi, Phil... and welcome to the forum! I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to work anymore, but am glad that you have a hobby you enjoy and are able to pursue. It keeps the mind active... and that's a good thing!
If you miss being in that big truck, you've come to the right place to get your "driving fix". There are plenty of drivers here sharing their knowledge, swapping stories, telling jokes, and just plain "hangin' out".
I'm sure you'll find plenty to relate to here on the boards... so jump right in and join us. We look forward to getting to know you! -
