This is me kicking around ideas, but if I wanted to form an LLC to start running under my own authority, is Wyoming a good place to do it? I looked at Nevada and I see that Wyoming has a lot of similar benefits, plus cheaper annual fees and asset protection through lifetime proxy. That sounds like an easier and less spendy method than going the parent-entity-managing-entity A/entity B route. I haven't formed or filed anything, so I'm open to any sales pitch for methods and jurisdictions that you like. I'm also open to attorney/accounting suggestions.
Forming Entity in Wyoming?

Maryland is the easiest to incorporate in! I use atbs for accounting pricey but worth it ! Get accountant first let them help you that's what you paying for!

I'd recommend looking into Montana as well. If your trucks are registered under your LLC then you pay zero sales taxes on them. Avoid Maryland like the plague! They will tax you into bankruptcy.
