I have a friend that's been there a few years. He likes it as an O/O. He almost convinced me to come on board but another opportunity came up. I don't regret my decision but I'm convinced I would have been successful with them.

I was leased on with them between 2011-2014. I never really ran balls to the wall and I did fairly well, never made less then 155k gross and I would take off a month or two a year.
I left due to a great offer from a private carrier, otherwise I'd still be with them18 wheels of fury Thanks this. -
Ok that's sounds pretty good I just talked with the terminal manager so I'm thinking I might take the next step and give them a try

Have been with them for 15 months so far... The first three were as a company driver to get a feel for the company... Then I got a truck thru Quality... Last year I made 158k with a month off due to illness, and a month as a company driver...
I can say that they will treat you fairly, you have a voice, and and they won't screw you... Have there been moments I've been aggravated, sure... But they ALWAYS made it up to me...18 wheels of fury Thanks this. -
I have my truck now and here for training

Welcome to the Fort family! Hope you enjoy it... There are people in the company to talk to should you have any issues... They are VERY easy to get along with, and will work with you

I am really looking at these guys, do they allow riders for O/O?
