I'll take that bet any day! I made more then that W2 in 3-4 days running local or out and back.

As you can tell, I have no respect for companies paying an employee as some fake 1099. Your company is screwing the driver out of SS, no true woman's comp coverage and making him pay more in taxes while not even paying him a true contractors wages. If he was truly a 1099 contractor, he'd be making more then $1,000/week. I honestly hope someone turns you into the state.

 

And if I do, so what. It only proves your not actually paying contractor wages and screwing drivers.

 

Only a grand a week and your not paying your fair share of the taxes = your a thief.
