Does anyone have any experience with Flex Frac? What about DNT? Heard DNT is cutting the benefits to O/O, whats this all about?

They hire you because most of the experienced drivers are leaving because it has slowed so much. My boss is looking to move his trucks again. This will be the third time in less than six months. The work has dried up and those load that are there are going to the company trucks or the o/o that are the favorites of the ops folks. I know they pass me by often and dispatch others in front of your trucks because the boss I have is not a buddy of the ops guy. So all I can say is, be very careful who you sign with. Everyone is very hungry right now and some folks are still trying to get into it. They is still a belief it is as strong as it was last year. We had a very mild winter this year so gas prices are way way down and they are not drilling any gas wells currently, so all that is left is some oil wells. Its currently tough times for all involved right now.

That still does not change the fact that there is very little work right now. I pulled two loads this week and have been sitting at home for three days now, waiting on dispatch. I came home because they sent me. Unless it picks up, we are in for a verrrrry long summer and longer winter.

I can't believe that flex frac or whoever they are, are still trying to get guys to work for them. Didn't they get shut down for running stolen trailers. I heard they licensed them in Okla so it was harder to trace them. Its a shame there is so many dishonest people in this business. Especially now that it has slowed down so much. I was making $2K a week last year. I am lucky if I make $5-600 a week this year.
