Brismis PM coming

Damutt, PM answered. Anybody else interested in Fraley and Shilling flatbed, feel free to post here or send me a PM. Maybe I'll get lucky and some of the other drivers will notice and pick up the slack when I'm busy. Or one of the van guys will step in with info on that side of things.

Thanks for the reply brsims. Does F/S deal with freight outside of steel? I know they're big on coils. I'm asking because I'd like to deal with a variety of loads. I don't want to haul coil after coil after coil. Do they deal with steel beams or building materials, example-lumber, shingles at all? Are the trucks equipped with an APU device?
Thanks for the added info in advance. -
TD, just about every load I've had thus far (all four of them) has been coils. I'm racking up all kinds of steel-hauling experience here! But what can I say? Coils are easy-peasy as long as you respect them.

I actually had a non-tarp end load this week! Christmas tree going from North Carolina to just north of New York City.
Good thing I get paid pretty well for tarping plate, and even better for tarping coils!TDriver4Life Thanks this. -
I am trying to get in one of these great company, what do I have to do to apply for this one?
I tried Melton, but some how they keep turning me down.
I tried Boyd Bros, they want a lot more time of experience.
And here I am with all my endorsements, and TWIC card reading all these wonderful posts and trying to find the ONE company for my flatbed career. - I am in the Metro Atlanta, GA area. -
Bear in mind that our experience requirements are a minimum of one year+trucking school, or two plus years of driving. They are also pretty picky about things like accidents (obviously) and prior tickets. Mike will cover that with you in more depth. Good luck!OttMan Thanks this. -
Hey Brsims- how has it been going? F&S treating you good? Have you hauled anything beside a coil? How are they about getting you home?
