Given that we now know the ship responsible lost power multiple times that day and in recent weeks it would seem the company is liable for reconstruction as well.

The owner of any truck would be sued into oblivion if they had a truck roll with issues like that boat had and kill 6 people. Whomever the boat belongs to certainly shouldn’t be exempt.
