If it was 98000 a year ago, 70000 now


What do you think the milage is now?


Truck probably has atleast 200 300 miles on it. You can literally change it to whatever number you want


Start looking elsewhere

This is also immigrant and more common on digital odometres

 

You may also have a problem once you register the truck under your name and they ask for milage

They will have history that it had 98 now it has 70

They will question you about it.

 

Report them too whoever. I'm in Canada

In my case I would report to Ministry of Transportation Enforcement Officers. These guys don't joke around. They're like trucker cops

I've bought a CAR with 300,000 km on it..they swapped motor and claimed it had 70,000 on it. The odometer said 300,000

Difference is I knew it was a Honda motor that they pull out of Japan after certain milage

Tinkering with milage though is a different story. You now never know what is correct anmoyre

It is to scam the buyer. They're not doing you any favors....its highly immigrant

Registering this truck under your name your going to have problems once they see the milage has been changed. You'll either have to lie...makeup numbers.... Or explain and then who knows what

Why would you want someones truck that they've put their hands in something that should not be change or you don't know exact history

 

I would not be surprised if it has been repainted as well to deceive buyer like it is brand new and spent 300 dollars cleaning interior

Do those volvos even come in that color? When you open hood or around door frames is it another color?

 

Vin might be as good as the odometer at this point.

Be careful these guys will now try and lure you back in if you bring it up

I would buy this truck. I would go to Volvo and get warranty repair record for this vin . then I would check to see the engine is original. I would check to see the truck was painted or not. I would do financing.

Even if it does have original motor

Volvo probably won't touch it anymore after messing with milage that's why now one has services it with Volvo since


This is basicly a black market truck

 

goodguy88 how many trucks have bought before ? ##*** the mileage. it's not 98k. it's 200k and what ? in this case the paperwork is most important.
