Free tuition for Illinois Vets

I was a vet fromm illinois and did not participate in the gi bill. After looking into going to a local college for CDL training they informed me that any vet from Illinois returning to Illinois after their time in service that the state allows any veteran to attend any state college for free. All you have to do is go to collegezone.com and apply for your Illinois veteren grant. It took me about 2 weeksk to get a veterans grant number which I took to my local college and all of my yCDL training was free. Hope this helps those looking for a CDL or any other college course.
