Ive been wondering about Chinatown. I like him alot, but thought is he here in America? And some of the others clearly are overseas. They are welcome as far as Im concerned, but America is a place where we do trucking best, no one else does it like we do.

I've had that issue all my life so much so that Raynaud's sets in often it can even happen in the summer if I take a hot enough bath. It can be scary looking down at your toes and finger and there is absolutely no color in them. Gives me flashbacks of a funeral viewing... lol the pain don't start till the blood comes back

If your pain comes back when the blood comes back, it should go away after there is suffcient oxygen passed around to the cells inside your feet and so on. If your feet turn black it's dying by degrees and there is only one option, amputate. Before septis sets in and kills you via blood poisoning in a few days.

I learn something every day, so I know a little something I did not a few minutes ago, thank you for your posting. I have to do some more reading. You think that should not be a problem as long your blood circulation is proper in your hands and feet. Leads me to consider other more chronic issues that can really hurt you if you don't find a way to defeat this Raynaud's...

    auses of secondary Raynaud's include:
    • Connective tissue diseases. Most people who have a rare disease that leads to hardening and scarring of the skin (scleroderma) have Raynaud's. Other diseases that increase the risk of Raynaud's include lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's syndrome.
    • Diseases of the arteries. Raynaud's phenomenon can be associated with various diseases that affect arteries, such as the buildup of plaques in blood vessels that feed the heart (atherosclerosis) or a disorder in which the blood vessels of the hands and feet become inflamed (Buerger's disease). A type of high blood pressure that affects the arteries of the lungs (primary pulmonary hypertension) can be linked to Raynaud's.
    • Carpal tunnel syndrome. This condition involves pressure on a major nerve to your hand (median nerve) producing numbness and pain in the affected hand. The hand may become more susceptible to cold temperatures and episodes of Raynaud's.
    • Repetitive action or vibration. Typing, playing piano or doing similar movements for long periods and operating vibrating tools, such as jackhammers, can increase your risk of developing Raynaud's.
    • Smoking. Smoking constricts blood vessels and is a potential cause of Raynaud's.
    • Injuries. Injuries to the hands or feet, such as wrist fracture, surgery or frostbite, can lead to Raynaud's phenomenon.
    • Certain medications. Some drugs — including beta blockers, which are used to treat high blood pressure; migraine medications that contain ergotamine or sumatriptan; attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder medications; certain chemotherapy agents; and drugs that cause blood vessels to narrow, such as some over-the-counter cold medications — have been linked to Raynaud's.

I don't follow any particular clinic or source, I get whatever information that is laid out in plain speaking rather than medical or legal speak and boilerplate.

If hardening is a problem for you you need a cardio doctor to take a 3d image of your heart to make sure that is not hardening as well. If it is, it's potentially a life threatening issue that can kill you pretty quickly.

As far as those symptoms and so on listed here, I might consider myself as a potential Raynaulds person myself. The one solution I would look into for future would be to move to a tropic land like south Arizona, Texas or Florida Keys. It may or may not be something I would enjoy very much compared to the cold weather that kicks my ### these days. I spent too many years up north in the dakota storms and the rocky mountain ice.
