@x1Heavy All my life I've had an issue with not being able to handle the cold as well as others (it's just in my fingers/toes). I didn't become aware of the raynaulds till about 10 years ago while working in a freezer at a food plant. I know that I have a circulation issue, in 08 I fell on ice that resulted in a humeral head fracture that turned into osteonecrosis in the humeral head (bone death). Apparently the fracture severed blood vessels that never reattached... The doctor and nurse actually had to sit me in a recliner and give me orange juice after saying the words "dead/death" lol it didn't settle well with me.
Seems the smaller capillaries and such have blood flow issues. I don't drink or do drugs quit smoking back in july. Quitting smoking hasn't helped with the raynaulds, which actually happens from large temperature changes. For instance, in the summer I can wash my hands in hot water and it happens. But just because it's 80 out my hands and feet can still be ice cold. Wife says I have the hands/feet of death because they are always so cold. I don't even notice it until I touch myself some where other than my own hands or feet.
I doubt I will ever know what the cause is unless it lands me in the hospital and I survive.

Don't worry about it. Raynaulds is close to what you are going through. They say it cannot really be fixed. Unless someone is interested in building new blood vessals and install them into your hands and feet. That is something beyond my comprehension anyhow.
Maybe a move south out of the cold will benefit you two. Plus a hot tub. Get chilly? take a dunk she will warm you up quick enough ///teasing...flatbeb mac Thanks this. -
@TigerShark ProTip: Wiggle your toes around a lot in your shoes when they start getting chilly, believe it or not the friction and increased blood flow helps quite a bit.

Those $6000 Bose seats that my outfit is buying are absolutely awful. You can't adjust the back. It feels like you're trying to drive while sitting in a recliner. I have to be sitting up straight.

That's good to know. I totally changed my driving position to get rid of my pain. Now I sit straight upright with the seat tilted slightly downward. I can drive long hours on bad roads comfortably now.MACK E-6 Thanks this.

Out shop foreman once told me that those Bose seats are designed for the guys that weigh 400 lbs.

Update:
Been on a regiment of cayenne pepper garlic ginger and ginko biloba.
Have changed driving shoes to lose fitting polyester house slippers after a few hours I put my boots back on and immediately noticed the tops of my feet feeling very tight, few minutes later my feet went ice cold...... My driving boots have been cutting circulation off on top of not moving around enough.... New regiment is working great thanks for all your guys and gals help -
That is good new. Maybe it was just your boots.
