Freight broker training

How are you at sales? Brokers job is to sell a customer on using you, and sell a carrier on hauling that same load/ keeping the difference. Buy low sell high.

Brokering 101: if you want the advanced class, send $500 to BR-549.

 

Yeah, and if you want the super advanced class, I take a check for $750.

 

Okay. So, if you've got a great personality and you can sell, you can sell yourself to a brokerage to take a chance on you. If you can't do that, you're not going to have a good time in this industry.

 

Dealing with this industry can feel like herding children sometimes, you'll fit right in.

 

Find a trucking company that run's trucks and also brokers. Start from the ground up. My best broker in the office started that way.
