Which is why you always confirm zip codes with TQL and never move out on any load until you get the carrier/driver instruction sheet with the actual address on it. Yeah it is a headache and no good reason they should do it that way. So charge accordingly or don't book it. I complain about a lot with TQL but never cry about their rates.
