Freight demand decline continues...

It's not difficult to understand why some people say it has not slowed down as much for them.

There are so many different areas of the country with different economies some are doing better or worse and there are so many different segments to this business and each one has its own supply and demand issues so it's almost silly to suggest that like a gavel banging everyone 100% in the whole entire industry will instantaneously feel this. With this current climate of what's happening though, unless something astronomical happens, everyone will feel it. This has only just recently begun.

And a few people, maybe in other threads, have mentioned pessimism.

A pessimist looks out on a beautiful day and says yeah well you know what it's going to start raining at some point, it can't be sunny forever.

A realist looks outside and sees the dark clouds brewing and says I better prepare the storm is on its way.

Take a good look around. The severity of what will happen is unknown, but right now it's not sunshine and rainbows and farts that smell like roses.

That's for sure.
