Well if you pull the in line fuse for an ECM, it will crank but not start if that helps.

Same engine but different truck different year. I had some problems with my truck as well when it come to starting. During the winter when I needed to jump it. I would go back to start it and dash would read no ECM and I would get no starter/no click. Would come back later and everything working fine except still no enough power. 2 weeks ago I started to have just no start no click but required no jumping.
What I learned from it is this if you have voltage reading on the dash you have power to the ECM. If the starter cranks your clutch switch is good it you have it and you park/neutral switch is good.
I would take a look at any wires for sensors. The crank/angle sensor is in that location. I don't remember if the turbo sensor run along the back or the front. -
no wont crank at all if clutch safety

Could be ECM related, being both abs and check engine came on together.
