Nothing real special. Just picked injectors and turbo from a genset Arrangement# and a clean Australian 550 Brakesaver file. The biggest thing is gearing them right. Running a Cat slow isn’t always the answer. Mine run 1600-1700 at cruise. A lot of the time they're pulling the load with 18-20psi of manifold. Trying to run the engine at 1400 with 45psi of manifold on it all day is kind of self defeating if your looking for fuel mileage.ProfessionalNoticer, Rideandrepair, Roger McG and 3 others Thank this.

4.9 avg. on my series 60 this quarter. 90k on inframe. Think I got a sick one on my hands. Might have to take it to the Sh Sh Sh Sh Sh Shop!! Either way it’s a painful deal.

I can only go by what I’ve heard, never owned one. Going by that I was sure those Series 60’s manufactured so much fuel you had to drain some off into a bucket every day so it didn’t leak on the ground.Oxbow, Dadetrucking305, Rideandrepair and 2 others Thank this.
