nope. you just unscrew the bolts and they may cut itself..

worst scenario is buying middle piece of exhaust manifold. its about $500.
i would change also oil supply hose with crash washers that is behind of turbo. its $125.

the broken part of bolt stays in exhaust manifold's center piece. Turbo will come off
