What trans model are we working on?
Fault code logged?
How far was the unit driven before the failure occurred? -
Eaton Fuller
flash code 35 -
Troubleshooting and service information is available online and free @ EATON ROADRANGER
FC 35 is for J1939 datalink wiring issue and has nothing to do with the clutch. You are likely looking at a issue on the F/L side of the trans wiring.
Near impossible to install an Eaton automated clutch disc backward. It would not release or even move when you got it back together. The inner disc doesn't even separate from the pressure plate.Oxbow Thanks this. -
Flash code 27 also
-
27 is Clutch failed to disengage- mechanical system not responding.

Is that the old clutch? Throwout bearing is broken in two? Did the worn input shaft get replaced? FC 27 has reoccured with the new clutch?
Oxbow Thanks this.
