freightliner cascadia Cruise control buttons don't work

This is a 2018 freightliner cascadia I bought from schneider and my friend has the same problem!
I have encountered a new problem. When I turn on the cruise, it is normal, but when I am at the constant speed, there is no response when I press ACC/RES and DEC/SET. There is no response from 45 to 65. I use The speed sensor on the other car was used alternately, also no response! The other car has no problems at all! There is no problem with the computer settings, and there is no code!
