It’s probably your windshield gasket is bad or poorly installed. From Cascadia, this is almost expected. Even with the new 1-piece

Well good luck. The only way I was able to stop the leak in my previous truck was to retire it to the trade/sell line. They looked closely at everything except replace the windshield gaskets.

The next new one’s leak was stopped with a replaced windshield due to crack at 4 months.

Sometimes if you use another thin flat blade screwdriver and wedge it under the head of the screw to pry the screw up, while you turn the screw with the appropriate screwdriver, you are able to get the screw to come out.

Can also use needle nose pliers.

Use a bit of clear silicone on the light housing to stop leaks.

If your Cascadia has a built in Sat Radio receiver; they are very prone to leaking. Never got mine to stop leaking on the '15 Cascadia.
