    Hello,

Hope everyone reading this is in good health. I have a 2013 freightliner Cascadia 125 day cab. 300K miles. I’ve recently been experiencing a awful vibration while idling. Whole front of the truck shakes. Literally could put your hand on the front steers and feel the shake. I took it to a mechanic he told me suspension looks good bushing and leaf springs and engine mounts are solid. He did point out it could be my clutch… it is worn out but can a worn out clutch cause vibration while not in gear and idling?

Sounds like injector missing (worst case). Or CAC leaking, or something fuel line/rail plugged.

Update: took it to the shop, plugged up into computer not showing issues with injectors, he did tell me my clutch fly wheel all over the place… may be causing vibration.. won’t know until I change it.. now I fully understand why they call it a shakeliner

I’d think a clutch or flywheel would vibrate all the time . Hopefully they find correct issue the first try .
