Freightliner century turn signal issues

The left turn signaland hazards stopped working. I thought it was the turn signal switch so I changed it still same problem..
When I hit the switch theyll flicker a couple times then dim out. I checked the fuse it seemed to have some heat to it. Volt meter bounces a Lil when turning on the switch also.
I've unplugged rear light light harness. Cab light harness and front light harness on that side and still same issue.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. Where is the flasher? I found the fuse on passenger side dash but the fuse wasn't side dependant just single fused labeled turn signal. When you say unplug both sides your referring to light harnesses?
